We collect information you provide through our forms — name, email, phone, project or investor details — and basic analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics with IP anonymization enabled.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, route it to the appropriate team member, and maintain our deal-flow or project-flow lists. We do not sell or rent your information.
Third-party processors
Forms are processed by Formspree (form delivery) and messages routed to our email infrastructure. Analytics via Google Analytics 4. We use no third-party session-recording or advertising pixels on investor-facing pages.
Retention
Contact information is retained while you remain on our distribution lists. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@riverbusiness.net.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. One-click unsubscribe is included in every mailed communication.
Security
We use industry-standard HTTPS transport encryption. We do not request sensitive financial information through website forms; accredited-investor verification happens through formal documentation channels.
Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
Material changes to this policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
