Daniel Jorge built River Business Corp as the capital and development face of a vertically integrated Florida operating platform. With 25+ years of experience and 350+ projects delivered, he runs real estate underwriting, investor relations, and capital stack structuring — working alongside the construction, engineering, and design entities that execute every project.
His thesis is simple: the small-deal middle market in Florida is structurally underwritten by operators who either cannot build or cannot model. River closes that gap by owning both sides — with a licensed GC arm, in-house engineering, and a finishes studio — so the numbers that go into the underwriting are the numbers that come out in construction.
